NSF Scrub Club
Do Your Students Wash Their Hands?
In an effort to encourage proper and consistent handwashing, the Scrub Club's Soaper-Heroes have come together to help your students wash up and ultimately prevent sick days as they search for the Cleanest Hands in America's classrooms.

Did you know that each year, more than 164 million school days are lost due to illness? Did you also know that number could be greatly reduced with proper handwashing? That's why NSF created the Scrub Club®, a fun, interactive Web site that teaches children the proper way to wash their hands.

To participate in the Clean Hands Game:
  1. Download the weekly handwashing charts.
  2. Track the daily number of times each student washes their hands over the course of four school weeks.
  3. Submit your results online, or fax or mail your completed totals and contact information page to:
